Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to join our team at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA in Wilton. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our members by managing parking logistics and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to community wellness and support.
Responsibilities

• Manage the parking lot efficiently to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Assist members with parking needs and provide directions as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the parking lot.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with members and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
