What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Riverbrook Animal Hospital?
Busy small animal hospital in Brookside is looking for a veterinary receptionist to join our team of experienced staff. The qualified applicant must have previous experience as a veterinary receptionist OR experience in a fast-paced customer service role that requires the ability to multi-task and think quickly on your feet. Must possess a high level of integrity, be dependable, reliable, motivated and eager to learn and grow with us as we strive to provide the best veterinary medical care possible to our clients and their pets.
We are a busy practice that requires a commitment to excellence and a desire to serve. Strong computer and customer relations skills are a must. Accuracy, attention to detail and a desire to exceed expectations are critical.
Schedule is 7am-6pm M-F, 8am-2pm Saturday. 4 day work week with rotating
weekends mandatory. Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.
