Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise the reservations team.
- Manage ticketing software and ensure accurate payments.
- Coordinate with tour companies and vendors to balance passenger flow.
- Plan marketing campaigns to increase direct bookings.
- Collect and report customer and ticketing data.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions, counseling, or disciplinary actions.
- Prepare reports and assist leadership in planning and scheduling.

Schedule: Full-time, 40–60 hours/week; spring and summer may require longer days.
Salary: $64,960–$84,000 DOE 12% performance bonus.
