Position Summary
Riverbend Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services for residential and commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of handyman services with a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Complete carpentry projects including repairs and light construction
- Repair and finish drywall
- Perform interior and exterior painting
- Install and repair flooring
- Assist with remodeling projects
- Install and repair cabinetry
- Repair and replace windows and doors
- Conduct general property maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Construction experience
- Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, collaborative, and positive attitude
Work Schedule & Environment
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some weekend work required
- Flexible, independent work structure with team support
- Positive, collaborative work environment
- Out of town work required
