Title: Maintenance Technician
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis
- Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance
- Conduct daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment
- Maintain, plan, and implement preventative maintenance program
