Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demos to highlight new or featured items, encouraging upselling to boost sales.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, appealing, and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory by stocking products efficiently and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer inquiries.
- Assist with merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous retail or grocery store experience is preferred, especially in cashiering or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads while maintaining safety standards.
