Summary
Riverbend Management is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (A/P A/R) Clerk (familiarity with the trucking industry preferred).
The ideal AP/AR Clerk candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with various administrative and financial tasks.
AP/AR Clerk Qualifications
- Accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Effective communication skills across all levels of staff
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Payroll experience a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Contribute to team efforts as needed
AP/AR Clerk Responsibilities
- Enter, code, and pay vendor invoices
- Create and send customer sales invoices
- Perform account reconciliations
- Complete assigned administrative tasks
- Assist with month-end close procedures on time
- Track capital expenditure spending
- Coordinate accurate timecard submissions with a third-party payroll provider each pay period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
