Role Description
Riverbend is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Landscape Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking landscape care, maintenance, and enhancement services, combining horticultural expertise with consultative sales to deliver exceptional results and grow revenue.
Role Overview
Status: Full-Time
Pay Structure: Base Salary Commission
Other benefits: PTO, Holidays, 401K, Company Vehicle and Company-Sponsored Insurance
Pay Rate: $60,000 Annual Base Salary Commission
On Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000
Location: On-Site (in office 5 days per week)
Reports to: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property assessments to evaluate landscape health, identify plant species, and determine client needs
- Advise clients on landscape care, maintenance programs, and enhancement opportunities tailored to their properties
- Prepare and present detailed proposals for tree services and other landscape projects
- Meet and exceed sales quotas established by Riverbend leadership
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-through
- Manage project timelines and coordinate closely with field crews to ensure smooth execution from sale to completion
- Uphold and enforce safety and quality standards throughout every project
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in landscape, horticulture, arboriculture, or a related field
- Ability to identify plant species and assess landscape conditions in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and client accounts
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with production crews
- Commitment to quality workmanship and client satisfaction
