What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Crew Member position at Riverbend Cleaning Company?
Our cleaning company is seeking individuals to join our team as cleaning crew members. We specialize in cleaning vacation rentals and residential homes, and require individuals who are available to work in 8-hour shifts from 9am to 5pm. No prior experience is necessary, but the candidate must be willing to learn and work in a team of 2 to 4 people. We are hiring for part time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a clean and sanitized environment
- Work collaboratively with other cleaning crew members to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- No prior experience necessary, but willingness to learn is a must
