Riverbank Unified School District is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to serve as Athletic Coaches for various middle school and high school sports during the 2026–2027 school year. Coaching opportunities may be available throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons depending on program needs. *** COPY AND PASTE THE LINK BELOW TO VIEW OPENINGS FOR THE 2026/27 SCHOOL YEAR *** https://tinyurl.com/4k6yjdmc Athletic coaches play a vital role in supporting student-athletes by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success. Coaches will provide instruction in sport-specific skills, organize and supervise practices and competitions, and help foster a safe and positive environment that supports student growth both on and off the field. We welcome applicants with experience as athletes, coaches, educators, or community leaders who are passionate about working with students. Opportunities may include head coach and assistant coach positions across multiple sports programs. Positions may be filled by certificated staff, classified employees, community walk-on coaches, or volunteer coaches depending on program needs and applicable district policies. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAININGS All coaches must complete required certifications and district clearances prior to participating in any coaching activities, including meetings, practices, or competitions. >>CIF Requirements (All Coaches)<< * First Aid & CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent with hands-on component) * NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching (one-time requirement) * Concussion in Sports training (every two years) * Heat Illness Prevention training (every two years) * Sudden Cardiac Arrest training (every two years) * High school football coaches must also complete Coaching Football certification (one-time requirement) >>District Requirements<< * Fingerprint clearance * TB clearance (every four years) * Annual Mandated Trainings * Blo
