Rivera Toyota's Service Department seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Service Valet to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership when needed.
- Maintain the organization of the parking lot and service drive.
- Manage and coordinate loaner vehicles.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized.
- Assist the service team with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Clean and valid driver’s license (you will be driving vehicles).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual — must consistently show up on time and ready to work.
- Able to work full-time, including Saturdays.
