Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and maintaining case files. Additional responsibilities include drafting correspondence, organizing case materials, and communicating with clients to gather necessary information. The role also involves providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong skills in Research and Document Review
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field is highly desirable
- Experience in immigration and/or personal injury law is a plus
