River View Rehabilitation and Nursing a CMS 5 Star facility is located in historic Owego NY and is a 77-bed offering skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. The facility located on the banks of the Susquehanna River offering stunning views and sounds of the river.

Responsibility
- Create and post monthly (4-week) staff schedule, track and post changes
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include; work assignments/rotations, employee vacations, back-up for absent employees, and Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardy and early arrivals
- Allocates and maintains an adequate staffing schedule/pattern to meet daily staffing per established par levels.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to DON, Facility Administrator and management on issues relating to staffing, vacancies, or other topics as assigned.
- Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis
Assists with some HR tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Staffing Coordinator experience in a nursing and rehabilitation center
- Excellent customer service etiquette and the ability to communicate (Verbal and Written) effectively and professionally with employees and Residents, both on the phone and in-person
- Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
