Position Summary
We’re seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) entry-level office secretary to join our team in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
This position is ideal for someone organized, personable, and eager to learn the title and real estate closing business from the ground up.
You’ll handle general office and administrative tasks, greet clients, assist with scheduling closings, and support our title and closing team with day-to-day operations. No prior title experience is required — we’ll provide training. If you are a Notary Public, that’s a plus; if not, we’ll help you obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, answer phones, and handle in-office and email communication (English & Spanish)
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Schedule and confirm appointments and closings
- Prepare and assemble closing packages and checklists
- Assist with data entry, follow-ups, and document tracking
- Support closers and management with administrative tasks
- Help maintain office organization, supplies, and daily workflow
- Learn the basics of title, escrow, and real estate processes for potential future advancement
Qualifications Required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken & written)
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain; we will reimburse cost)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers and basic office software
- Friendly attitude and willingness to learn
