- Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas
- Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans
- Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed
- Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs
- Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of our residents’ nutrition and well-being
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred (not required)
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Committed to providing quality service with compassion and respect
- Must follow dietary safety standards and facility policies
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
