Urgent Care Mental Health Clinician
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: White Pine, TN

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct crisis assessments for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health issues.
- Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to stabilize clients.
- Develop individualized care plans and refer clients to appropriate follow-up services.
- Deliver trauma-informed interventions in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or license-eligible in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
