Description
River Valley Health Williamsport Medical is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become part of a growing health center. This location offers a variety of services including primary care, walk-in (acute) care, reproductive health, and telepsychiatry. The LPN will work closely with the primary care provider to provide quality care to the community. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including rooming patients and assisting the provider with serving patients on-site, engaging with patients via phone calls and walk-ins, and supporting the provider network through telephone encounters and care coordination.
The hours of operation for this site are Monday through Thursday 8-6pm and Friday 8-5pm. Hybrid schedule available with some hours on site and some remote hours.
$2500 sign on bonus to be paid in two ($1250) increments following completion of introductory period. (details discussed in interview)
