We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individuals to service locations in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate can work independently and is initiative-taking. Pays attention to detail ensuring that products are displayed properly and that inventory levels monitored.

Duties include, but not limited to, breaking down the delivery and stocking items on the shelves. Maintaining the back stock area and refilling shelves from there when needed. Processing damaged products. Occasionally setting up small display racks. Occasional audits of physical inventory.
Grocery experience preferred but not required. Multiple positions available.
This is a full-time salaried position. Competitive salary, starting at 22 per hour. Company benefits include 104 hours vac / PTO time. Health and dental insurance. 401K and incentive programs. Paid holidays.
Part-time positions are also available starting at $18 per hour.
Duties
- Breaking down the delivery and getting the product to the shelf.
- Handling credits and damages.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain a clean and organized merchandising and back stock area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record is necessary.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
