What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Services Representative position at River Valley Credit Union?
River Valley Credit Union is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven person to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our members’ card services, ensuring smooth operations, accurate processing, and exceptional member experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Assist members with questions regarding billing, regulations, and credit card usage.
- Provide expert support for disputes, complaints, and error resolutions.
- Process credit card applications, assign new card numbers, and manage account setup and disclosures.
- Maintain member accounts, including adjustments, balance transfers, payments, and closures.
- Review daily and monthly reports, research discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle lost/stolen card reports, issue replacements, and assist with merchant service inquiries.
- Monitor fraud alerts (Falcon, CAM) and manage fraud/dispute and travel cases.
- Support contactless and digital payment services (Apple Pay, etc.).
- Process ATM/debit card applications, maintenance requests, and daily card processor reports.
- Support members using Online Banking, Bill Pay, and A2A (Account-to-Account) services.
- Maintain member data accuracy and manage updates, including digital wallet activation.
- Coordinate daily reporting, ATM inventory, and card processor communications.
- Report necessary cases to CUNA and manage new card orders for member information changes.
