What are the responsibilities and job description for the Referral Specialist position at RIVER VALLEY COUNSELING CENTER, INC?
We are seeking an experienced Referral Specialist to perform a variety of administrative functions in regards to the referral process. Individual will also participate in training and/or cross training of new hires and current employees, and assist office assistants, as needed, when staffing is limited.
Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent; successful completion of an office assistant training program; an understanding of office practices; one year of experience in referral management preferably in a medical office setting.
