Full-time experienced licensed HVAC TECH needed for a property management company specializing in manufactured home communities

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose & repair HVAC system issues at community rental homes.
  • Install HVAC systems on new Homes.
  • General Maintenance repairs when needed.

Position includes:

  • Paid Time off

$22.00 -25.00 Starting Pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
