Essential Functions:
Medication & Medical Support

Administer and manage psychiatric medications, including injections

Maintain medication room compliance (pharmacy & licensing standards)

Coordinate lab work, refills, and prior authorizations

Support prescribers with assessments and clinical updates
Client Care

Conduct physical health screenings and assessments

Coordinate care with community physicians and providers

Provide education on medications, mental health, wellness, and symptom management

Respond to crisis situations and provide on-call support as needed

Deliver person-centered services in clinic and community settings
Team & Documentation

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team

Provide outreach and follow-up to support engagement

Complete timely, accurate, person-centered documentation

Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
Education and Experience:
-
Active RN/LPN license
-
Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred

Strong assessment, crisis response, and organizational skills

Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered care
Salary : $49,920 - $90,480
