Facility: River Terrace Retirement Community

River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Bluffton, Indiana. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Shift Options

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping procedures and infection control guidelines

• Collect and properly handle soiled facility and resident personal linens

• Wash, dry, fold, hang, transport, and distribute resident personal laundry

• Hang clothing in closets and organize clothing in drawers

• Clean resident rooms/apartments on a scheduled rotation

• Clean and maintain common areas on a daily or weekly basis

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment

• Must be 18 years of age or older
