Job Description
River's Palace Casino Reserve is looking for an energetic and dedicated Multi-Property Casino General Manager to run our two casino locations in Reserve, LA and St. James, LA. In this role, you will be the leader for both properties. We are looking for a supportive manager who can balance the needs of two locations, keep daily operations running smoothly, guide our great team members, and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Dual-Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and facilities across both the Reserve and St. James casino locations.
- Team Leadership: Monitor staff performance, mentor property-level teams, provide friendly real-time coaching, and handle personnel questions with care and consistency.
- Guest Relations: Chat with guests, quickly resolve any concerns or disputes, and lead by example to keep our service standards high.
- Talent Management: Partner with Human Resources to help recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure daily operations follow company policies and Louisiana gaming guidelines.
- Revenue Performance: Work on strategies to build guest loyalty and keep both properties running efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience & Education: Must have either at least 3 years of experience in a management/leadership role OR a college degree (having both is a big plus!).
- Age & Legal: Must be 21 years of age or older and willing to complete a standard background check.
- Licensing: Able to get and keep a Louisiana Video Draw Poker Employee Permit.
- Location: Must live near or be able to easily commute to the St. James and Reserve areas.
- Availability: Flexible schedule to support our 24-hour properties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements & Environment
- Comfortable working in a smoking-permitted environment.
- Able to walk around and move freely through all areas of both casinos.
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Able to bend, reach, kneel, and twist while helping out at different areas of the properties.

- Casino or Gaming Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
