Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
- Support food handling procedures in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Busing tables and clearing dishes to facilitate efficient service flow
- Help with inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Experience working in banquet or hotel settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
