Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
- Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and market research to expand the sales pipeline
- Present compelling product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively
- Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
