Think of yourself as a tech ninja, but way less secretive and more high fives!Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesBecome a client whisperer - answer calls, create tickets in ConnectWise, and be the first line of defense for all things tech-related.Provide lightning-fast assistance via phone, email, and remote access tools. You will be the client's knight in shining armor.Problem-solving detective - diagnose and fix both hardware and software woes. Think of yourself as Sherlock Holmes, but with a screwdriver instead of a magnifying glass.You will master the ticketing system, prioritize tasks like a pro, and know when to call in reinforcements for complex issues.Teamwork makes the dream work!
