Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LCDCII/LCDCIII, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality SUD services to individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions. The Clinician will also maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their SUD needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy services as needed.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
  • Engage in case management activities, including referrals and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, including coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9.

Skills
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in coding, particularly ICD-10 and ICD-9.
  • Strong case management abilities to support clients through their treatment journey.
  • Experience or training in dance therapy or applied behavior analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote client interactions.
  • Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions effectively.
  • Knowledge of crisis management techniques to handle emergencies appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
