About the role:
Our Receptionists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients who visit or call our clinic. You will assist clients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and update client records
- Provide information about our services and answer client questions
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate staff member
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal care is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
