River Road Estates, a family-owned 20-bed CBRF Assisted Living facility in Sparta, WI, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team. We take pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive home for individuals of all ages and abilities in our community.
Our ideal candidate is kind, attentive, and resident-focused, with a genuine passion for helping others. We are currently hiring for a full-time second shift (2p-10p) position with every other weekends included.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care tasks/ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
- Assisting with meal planning and preparation
- Administering medications in accordance with training and regulations
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting concerns
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- CBRF certifications preferred (we may provide training for the right candidate)
- A positive attitude and caring heart
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- A desire to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives
Experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train compassionate individuals with the right attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
