- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administrations of medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff and physicians

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations
