POSITION SUMMARY
Do you love great food, great people, and creating memorable experiences? River Pointe Church (RPC) is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Coordinator to help us serve up quality meals, great coffee, and genuine community at our RPC Yard & Grill and RPC Café on the Richmond campus.
From fresh burgers and salads to handcrafted espresso drinks and smoothies, we believe food brings people together, and we’re passionate about providing an excellent, fast-paced, and welcoming experience where guests can connect, laugh, and build friendships before and after services and at special events.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Help prepare and serve food and drinks at our Sunday Café and Grill.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers who help make our food service amazing.
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage POS systems, cash drawers, and daily reports.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization meet high standards.
- Assist with special event catering for church and community gatherings.
- Support stewardship of resources, supplies, and budgets.
- Provide occasional assistance at our Missouri City Campus.
Hours: Sundays 7:00 AM–2:30 PM, plus flexible weekday hours (Mon–Thurs).
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations (volunteer leadership experience a plus!).
- Strong organizational and people skills. You enjoy creating smooth, positive experiences.
- Basic computer and POS proficiency (Microsoft Office and restaurant POS systems).
- A servant-hearted attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to excellence in all you do.
