Registered Dental Hygienist (Temporary with Potential for Permanent Role)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a temporary basis beginning in September to cover a maternity leave, with additional opportunities to fill in during team member vacations. This position has the potential to grow into a more permanent role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
• Take and review dental radiographs
• Perform thorough periodontal assessments and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventative care
• Assist the dentist in identifying treatment needs and co-diagnosing when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently while providing excellent patient care
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
