What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at River Outpost Brewery Restaurant?
HOST for High-Volume Restaurant (Seasonal-Summer)
WHAT YOU MUST BE:
- Greta at making guests fell welcome
- Speak clearly and politely in what can be a loud and chaotic environment
- Have experience in high-pressure host environments
- Be able to be outdoors for your shift on our beautiful water front patio
- Able use Reservation Management Tablet
YOU WILL:
- Greet guests with a smile and inviting manner every time
- Abel to handle a line of guests trying to get a table
- Be eloquent in the way you handle guests
- Help server and runners with clearing and resseting tables as possible
- Help clean up at end of shift and make ready for next shift
SHIFT & PAY
- You must be available to work Friday nights, Saturday afternoon or evenings and Sunday afternoons
- You will work 1 to 3 shifts a weekend
- You must commit to your schedule for the summer
- You will be paid $18 an hour
- You will receive tip pool cash tips from servers and bartenders in your area
- We tax your cash tips on your pay check
- We pay weekly
- Paid meal break and free meal on breaks provided
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
