Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development / Account Manager with a proven track record in healthcare to drive strategic growth, expand referral networks, and manage key partnerships. This individual must be dynamic, relationship-driven, and experienced navigating healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and close new business opportunities within health plans, hospitals, SNFs, dialysis centers, hospice, and home health agencies.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Build and maintain referral pipelines.
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–7 years in healthcare business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience working with health plans, SNFs, hospitals, or healthcare networks.
- Proven ability to close deals and grow revenue.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and referral processes.
Preferred
- Experience in NEMT, home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
- Existing industry relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
