A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER
As an RN at River Oaks at Columbia Heights, you arrive each day ready to lead and support the direct care staff in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and hands-on support to direct care staff.
- Coordinating training and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Developing and managing individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with physicians and families.
- Ensuring proper administration of medications and treatments.
- Monitoring resident conditions and providing timely updates to physicians and families.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER
- Current nursing license in the state of Minnesota
- BLS certification
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Mental health experience preferred (but not required)
- Full-time Monday-Friday business hours plus after-hours on-call
