What You'll Do as Director of Nursing
⚕️ Provide hands-on leadership and clinical support to direct care staff
🗃 Oversee training, compliance, and quality assurance measures
👩⚕️ Develop and manage individualized care plans
💊 Ensure medication and treatment protocols are followed
💡 Partner with physicians, families, and staff to optimize resident care

What You Bring
✅ Current Minnesota RN license (Required)
✅ Proven leadership experience in nursing management (Required)
✅ BLS certification (Required)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday business hours with after-hours on-call responsibilities.
