The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Part-Time Cashier to provide exceptional customer service and support. This critical role plays a significant part in our customers' overall experience, ensuring smooth transactions, accurate billing, and timely payments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using the dealership's computer system
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments while maintaining organized records of counter tickets, repair orders, sales deposits, and verify totals against all received payments
- Respond to customer complaints in a diplomatic manner and refer them to relevant individuals for resolution when necessary
**Benefits and Requirements:**
- Flexible Schedule - Approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Starting Pay - $16 per hour
- Cashier experience and automotive dealership background are considered assets
