We are seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Direct Support Professional to assist a female adult individual in the Edison, NJ area.

Job Summary:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support the individual in the home with personal care and daily living assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, and committed to helping individuals live independently while maintaining dignity and respect. A successful Direct Support Professional will build a positive and supportive relationship with the individual and follow a person-centered approach.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Saturday 1:30PM-5:30PM and Sunday 10AM-3PM
• Location: In-person
• Pay Rate: Starting at $19 per hour
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a car, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S.
• Person-centered approach with a positive, open attitude
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional or in a similar caregiving role is a plus
