Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and hands-on Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while motivating and supporting a high-performing housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities
- Train team members on floor care procedures and the proper operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Coach, mentor, and support housekeeping staff by providing regular feedback and guidance to encourage continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and ensure employees are trained in proper supply usage and storage.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Identify maintenance concerns, communicate issues promptly, and initiate work orders as required.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
- Ensure all housekeeping storage and supply areas remain organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Work alongside the housekeeping team as needed, providing hands-on support during busy periods.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful customer service to mall visitors.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently complete assigned tasks to a high standard.
- Be available to support staff when operational issues arise, including on-call responsibilities when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An excellent attendance and reliability record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Previous professional cleaning experience.
- Experience with commercial floor care equipment and procedures.
- Janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, or housekeeping experience.
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or commercial property experience is considered an asset.
- Experience supervising or managing housekeeping or janitorial teams.
- A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
- The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call when required.
