Service Advisor responsibilities include:
· Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
· Have excellent communication with customers, parts department, and technicians to achieve the highest customer satisfaction all while completing proper repair orders.
· Report to management for additional job duties.
· Answer phones and schedule service appointments.
· Greet and write up customers in a timely manner.
· Maintain the highest customer satisfaction scores.
· Review and quality check repair orders.
Must have exceptional organization skills
Must be able to pay attention to detail in a fast moving environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
