Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for guest use
- Greet guests warmly, assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, and provide directions or information about the resort facilities
- Monitor golf cart usage to promote safety standards and enforce resort policies
- Coordinate with event management teams to support special events, tournaments, or group outings involving golf cart transportation
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of cart usage, reservations, and any incidents or maintenance needs
- Support hospitality services by assisting with guest services such as food delivery or event setup when needed
Skills
