Job Description:
Job Type: PRN/Per Diem
Pay: Per visit
- Start of Care (SOC): $200
- Recertification: $160
- Resumption of Care (ROC): $150
- Discharge (DC): $100
- Supervisory visit: $50
- Follow-up visit: $60

River Falls Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently expanding and looking for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team on a per-diem basis.
Hospice Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient Start of Care (SOC) assessments
- Complete Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertifications, and Discharges
- Provide follow up skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform supervisory visits for hospice aides
- Document care and assessments
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications and care plans
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Idaho
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance and registration
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
