Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee menu planning and development to ensure innovative, high-quality dishes that meet customer expectations and dietary requirements.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain excellence in taste, appearance, and consistency across all service areas.
- Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while ensuring sufficient stock for daily operations.
- Enforce strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment.
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless service for large events and special occasions.
- Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, timely service, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with banquet or fine dining experience.
- Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of team management and staff development.
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards (such as ServSafe), and dietary department procedures.
- Experience in menu planning, catering coordination, and food service management across diverse settings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and other departments within the organization.
