River Edge Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hidden Hills Crisis Home in Baldwin County. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential mental health setting.
Location/Schedule:
179 Hidden Hills, Milledgeville, Ga – Schedule – Part-time or PRN shift available.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Support nursing and medical staff by administering medications and following healthcare plans
- Maintain and update patient records confidentially
- Current and valid LPN license in good standing with the Georgia State Licensing Board
- Minimum of three (3) years of mental health experience (IDD experience preferred)
- Must provide two professional references (former employers only; no personal or family references)
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
