Your Responsibilities
As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting our surgeons and ensuring the highest standards of surgical care:
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical setups using physician preference cards
- Maintain sterile environments and open instruments using aseptic technique
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
- Follow strict protocols for counting sponges, instruments, and supplies
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
- Meet all New Jersey Surgical Technologist Law requirements
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of surgical scrub experience (ophthalmologic experience is a plus)

Pay: $27.00 per hour
