Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members during evening and overnight shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing adjustments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering activities to ensure accuracy and security.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize management skills to oversee operational tasks
- Proven experience in hospitality management or assistant manager roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently.
- Demonstrated skills in operational management.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during shift changes while maintaining organizational standards.
