Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality control measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
