Job Summary
We are looking to fill one position in the field of VAPA. We are open to any Multiple Subject credentialed or a credential in VAPA.
The one position will serve D.H. White Elementary located in Rio Vista, California and Isleton Elementary in Isleton, California.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Possession of a valid Single Subject VAPA credential with English Learner Authorization issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing required, Multiple subject credential, or supplementary authorization in VAPA fields.
Desired Qualifications: Ability to teach VAPA fields to elementary students.
** To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and reference checks. Please note that we require three references.

River Delta is a K-12 district with an enrollment of 1,880. The District has 8 small schools: (4) K-6 elementary schools; (2) middle schools; and (2) high schools serving the communities of Clarksburg, Hood, Courtland, Walnut Grove, Ryde, Locke, Isleton, Rio Vista, Birds Landing, and Collinsville.
The River Delta Unified School District sits in three counties – Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo. Although it is a tri-county district, it is served by the Sacramento County Office of Education.
River Delta Unifed School District is committed to providing a quality education for all students and has high standards and expectations for students' success in school. We are committed to ensuring that our students meet these standards and that our clients' expectations for educational excellence are not compromised. The District continually improves and expands its curriculum by implementing new programs and broadening the instructional strategies used in the classroom.
