- Perform routine landscaping tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, and general gardening to enhance park aesthetics.
- Maintain irrigation systems and manage watering schedules to ensure healthy plant growth and water conservation.
- Operate power tools such as chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities including soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and pest management using appropriate pesticide techniques.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of materials, debris removal, and equipment transport with proper safety procedures.
- Inspect and repair park infrastructure including benches, pathways, fences, and playground equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Follow all safety protocols related to power tool operation, pesticide application, and manual handling to maintain a secure work environment.
Skills
